Autumn the barn owl has fledged, but shortly after returning from her first ever flight she gets knocked out of the nest by a tawny owl!
This young barn owl's first flight is watched anxiously by her younger sibling Fall, who looks utterly relieved when Autumn returns to the nest safely. But not long after this first adventure, Autumn is preening at the edge of the nest when a tawny owl swipes down and knocks her to the ground. She is OK and back in the nest with her sibling now recovering from this first adventure.
